In my honest opinion, I have thus far not enjoyed my book as much as I thought it would. I think this is because there isn't as much action as I there would be in the book, and when there is, it's not all that exciting. The story begins slowly, and really only picks up near the middle of the book. Even though I haven't read all of it (about 3/4) I think the climax will be pretty interresting. I think the reason I don't like the book much is because the pirate theme doesn't grab my attention. The book however, would be very good in form; once the plot formed, it flowed quite well and had some parts of action. I hope to finish the book soon though.
